PNG2SVG and its hosting, content-delivery, and security providers may use standard server log files. These logs may include Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location, Internet Service Provider (ISP), requested pages, referring and exit pages, date and time stamps, and diagnostic or security information.

This information is used to deliver and secure the Service, analyze technical trends, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable operation. We do not use ordinary log data to intentionally identify you directly, although IP addresses and similar online identifiers may be personal information under applicable law.

The PNG2SVG converter does not require an account or account cookies. Your browser may cache website files to improve performance, and our hosting or security providers may use technologies that are necessary to deliver and protect the Service.

When advertising is enabled, third-party advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, web beacons, or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, limit how often an ad appears, and personalize advertising where permitted.

You can control or delete cookies and cached website data through your browser settings. Blocking required storage may affect parts of the website, and disabling advertising cookies does not necessarily prevent non-personalized ads from being shown.

• Files you convert: PNG images you select and SVG files generated by the converter are processed locally in your browser and are not intentionally uploaded to PNG2SVG servers.
• Information you provide: PNG2SVG does not require registration or a user account. If you contact us, we may receive your email address and any information you include in your message.
• Technical information: Our infrastructure providers may automatically receive the log and device information described above when you visit the website.
• Advertising information: When ads are enabled, advertising providers may receive IP address, approximate location, browser or device information, visited pages, ad interactions, and cookie or similar identifiers.

We use the information described in this Policy to:

• Provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service.
• Deliver website content and support browser-based PNG-to-SVG conversion.
• Diagnose errors, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve reliability and performance.
• Respond to questions or support requests you send us.
• Serve and measure advertising and, where permitted, personalize it.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to provide the Service, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing it, with your consent, or to comply with law.

Conversion is designed to take place entirely on your device using browser technologies. The selected PNG files, previews, conversion data, and generated SVG output remain in the active browser session and are not intentionally transmitted to or stored on PNG2SVG servers.

Removing a file from the queue, clearing the queue, closing the page, or refreshing the page clears the active conversion data from the page. A file you download remains on your device until you delete it.

PNG2SVG may show a third-party in-stream video ad when you start a conversion. The video ad is supplied through a VAST-compatible ad service. The provider and any advertiser may use cookies, similar technologies, or technical information to deliver, measure, secure, and limit the frequency of the ad.

Ads are delivered by third parties and may link to an advertiser's website. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies and any choices they provide.

PNG2SVG uses Google Fonts to provide the Inter typeface. When your browser requests a font, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the requested font resource. Google handles this information under its Privacy Policy.

PNG2SVG may use Cloudflare for website hosting, content delivery, performance, and security. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request information, device and browser details, security signals, and diagnostic data to deliver and protect the Service. Learn more in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

PNG2SVG may display third-party advertising and include links to third-party advertising partners. You can review the applicable provider's privacy policy for information about its practices and available choices.

Third-party ad servers or networks may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons, or similar technologies in ads and links sent directly to your browser. They may automatically receive your IP address and technical information about your browser or device when this occurs. PNG2SVG does not control the ads, destinations, cookies, or other technologies set and controlled by third-party advertisers.

We may share technical or other information with the service providers described in this Policy only as needed for them to provide hosting, security, font delivery, advertising, or support services. We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a lawful request, to enforce our terms, to investigate abuse, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or the Service.

We do not sell the PNG or SVG files you process, and the converter does not provide accounts, public profiles, comments, or other public user-content features.

PNG2SVG does not intentionally retain the PNG or SVG files you process with the converter. Technical logs and security records managed by hosting or infrastructure providers may be retained according to their operational schedules and legal requirements. If you contact us, we may retain the correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Advertising providers retain information under their own policies. Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the reason it was collected, legal requirements, and provider settings.

You can manage or delete cookies and cached site data through your browser and use the advertising opt-out controls linked above. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies or personalized advertising, you may use any consent choices made available on the Service.

PNG2SVG is a general-purpose file conversion tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Service, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it.

Users who are at least 13 but have not reached the legal age to consent in their jurisdiction should use the Service only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures designed to protect information. Local browser processing also limits the need to transmit your image files to us. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
